1. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of terms

باستخدامك برنامج بورنيو أو أي خدمة عبر موقعنا cloud.borneoarabic.com فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إن لم توافق على أي بند فيرجى التوقف عن الاستخدام فورًا.By using Borneo or any service through our site cloud.borneoarabic.com, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop using the software and services immediately.

2. نطاق الخدمة2. Scope of service

يقدّم بورنيو أدوات وموارد فنية لفنيي صيانة الهواتف والحواسيب المحمولة، منها:Borneo provides technical tools and resources for phone and laptop repair technicians, including:

• مخططات Hardware Solutions وSchematic & LayoutHardware Solutions and Schematic & Layout files
• ملفات Bitmap وBoardview وقيم الممانعات على البادBitmap and Boardview files and pad resistance values
• ملفات BIOS وحلول الهاردوير للحواسيب المحمولةBIOS files and laptop hardware solutions
• أداة الإصلاح FixedSupportToolThe FixedSupportTool repair tool

3. الترخيص واستخدام البرنامج3. License and use

يُمنح المستخدم ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام البرنامج على الأجهزة التي يملكها أو يديرها. يُحظر صراحةً:The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on devices they own or manage. The following is expressly prohibited:

1. مشاركة كود التفعيل مع أي طرف ثالث.Sharing the activation code with any third party.
2. نسخ الملفات أو المخططات أو إعادة نشرها أو بيعها.Copying, republishing or selling files or schematics.
3. الاستخدام التجاري غير المصرح به.Unauthorized commercial use.
4. تعديل البرنامج أو عكس هندسته أو تجاوز قيوده التقنية.Modifying, reverse-engineering or bypassing the software’s technical restrictions.
5. استخدام اسم بورنيو أو شعاره دون إذن كتابي.Using the Borneo name or logo without written permission.

4. الأجهزة المدعومة4. Supported devices

قائمة الأجهزة تُحدَّث باستمرار وتجدها في صفحة الأجهزة المدعومة. قد يختلف توفر المخططات من موديل لآخر، ولا نضمن توفر كل مخطط في وقت محدد.The device list is updated continuously and is available on the supported devices page. Schematic availability may vary by model and we do not guarantee any specific schematic at a given time.

5. متطلبات النظام5. System requirements

يعمل البرنامج على Windows 10 و Windows 11 بنسخة 64-bit فقط. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أداء غير سليم ناتج عن عدم تلبية المتطلبات.The software runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) only. We are not responsible for poor performance caused by unmet requirements.

6. حدود المسؤولية6. Limitation of liability

يُقدَّم البرنامج والخدمات “كما هي”. نبذل جهدنا لضمان دقة المعلومات لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الأخطاء. لا يتحمل بورنيو مسؤولية:The software and services are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Borneo is not liable for:

• أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام البرنامج.Any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the software.
• تلف الأجهزة أو المكوّنات أثناء العمل اعتمادًا على معلومات أو مخططات من البرنامج.Damage to devices or components while working from information or schematics in the software.
• أي خسارة تجارية أو فقدان أرباح.Any business loss or lost profits.

8. التحديثات8. Updates

قد نُصدر تحديثات لتحسين الأداء وإضافة ميزات وتحديث قاعدة الأجهزة. بعضها ضروري لاستمرار عمل البرنامج وعليك تثبيته للحفاظ على التوافق.We may release updates to improve performance, add features and refresh the device database. Some are necessary for the software to keep working and you should install them to stay compatible.

9. الموزعون المعتمدون9. Authorized resellers

يُنصح بشدة بشراء الكود من الموزعين المعتمدين فقط. لا يتحمل بورنيو مسؤولية كودات مشتراة من مصادر غير رسمية.We strongly advise buying your code from authorized resellers only. Borneo is not responsible for codes bought from unofficial sources.

10. تعديل الشروط10. Changes to the terms

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the software means you accept the updated terms.
